Very satisfied
Had a fabulous customer service experience with Zola today. I had a quick but urgent question and got a response immediately - it had exactly the information I needed and solved my problem instantly. I love that I didn't have to wait, and the first response contained everything I was looking for so no time was wasted with back-and-forth explaining. Thank you so much!!

My app was having alot of issues but…
I just don't Know why its so hard to cancel a service having to go through billing and write emails yet its so simple to buy it. They need to make it simple to opt out as it is to opt in with clear refund policies.

Hello! Ngeywo, really came in at the right time to assist after the chatbot Zola failed to move forward on my issue. Zola was moving in circles but not understanding my issue. After Ngeywo finally intervened, and assured and ensured that my domain was finally maintained in the DNS registrar. Thanks a lot.
