Fast and reliable

I needed to buy an extra domain, have it propagated attached to another domain for hosting . Emmanuel was of great help guided me through the purchase propagation and hosting via my other domain . He was very helpful and I am entirely satisfied with his exemplary customer service and prompt and efficient dealing.

I still waiting for my domain to show on DNS but I thank Zola for their assistance.

I’ve been with TrueHost for years, mainly because they’re affordable, but my website has always been slow even without traffic and even after upgrading to their premium hosting package. Nothing has ever improved. And on the few instances that it's fast, it won't stay that way for long. It takes 8.5-15 seconds to load on a normal day. Recently, I decided to take my small business seriously and build my website as the core of my brand. The design looks great, but the hosting has been a nightmare. The site is extremely slow and constantly runs into problems: one day the SSL fails, the next I can’t log into my backend, and then I start getting random errors. As of now, I can’t even access my complete WordPress dashboard. And customer care keeps taking me on rounds. I've spent so many hours trying to solve minor issues only to be hit with "my shift is almost over". Honestly, I can’t wait to switch to another hosting company. The excitement I had for my small business has left me because I cannot run ads for it due to its slow performance and frequent crashes. 16th September Update (Response to Reply) My website is currently showing a 503 error, and I haven’t made any changes on my end. I don’t even know how long it has been down. The fixes provided by TrueHost have never lasted. Every solution has been temporary, and the same issues keep coming back. I’ve wasted countless hours on chat support only to end up in the same place. At this point, I’m no longer interested in patching things up. I’d like a refund for the 10 months remaining on my plan so I can move to a provider that will allow my business to actually function. Update November 20th 2025 The website hasn't had issues since they fixed things. It's not as slow either. Hope they can keep this up. Update October 8th 2026 Things have been great with truehost, I hope they can keep this up.
