Stunning pieces.
Stunning pieces. Took a while to arrive, but worth the wait. I haven't taken them off.

Bad review!
Hello. I would like to give zero stars, but that is not possible. I will give the minimum: one star. I can only be very disappointed and angry: the goods I ordered and paid for were never delivered to my address. The one I am registered with on your account. Best regards. Vincenzo Caldarola.

Hi Caldarola, We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction — we fully understand why you’re upset, and we would feel the same way in your shoes. While delivery issues typically fall under the courier’s responsibility, your satisfaction is our top priority. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we have taken the initiative to contact your local courier and requested full tracking for your package. This is to ensure you receive your jewelry as soon as possible the next day. If you need further updates on the progress, please feel free to reach out — we will do our best to assist you until the issue is resolved.

Slow Shipping Lack of Customer Service
Shipping takes too long and they did not expedite the shipping even after they told me they would. Still have not received my necklace and its been almost a month

I was happy to find they offer great…
I was happy to find they offer great discounts, especially when you buy more than one item. The value is fantastic and it encouraged me to get a few more pieces.
