Update: True Gemstone reached out after reading my review and tried to resolve the issue which I appreciated. I would give it 5 star if the posts of the earrings are more solid. I bought the Kitsune Mask Earrings in Sterling silver and I would have given it a 1 star but the design is very unique, detailed and beautiful that I have to be fair and consider that aspect as well as the time put in to make it. The earrings are very flimsy and not solid. You can bend them and easily damage it. In fact, when I removed them from the jewelry box, the kitsune mask got bent, you have to be super delicate as the material is super thin and looks cheap. Very disappointed.
Response from True Gemstone SculptureFeb 9, 2026
Dear Karen, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are thrilled you love the artistry of our Kitsune Mask Earrings—we put our heart into every sculpted detail. We sincerely apologize that the thickness didn’t meet your expectations. For this petite design, we prioritized lightweight wearability to ensure comfort, but we regret that it felt "flimsy" rather than "refined" to you. 925 Sterling Silver is naturally flexible, but it should never feel cheap. We stand behind our craft 100%. We have already sent you an after-sales email to arrange a full inspection, reinforcement, or replacement. Please check your inbox—we want to ensure your piece is as resilient as it is beautiful!

I wasn't impressed. It wasn't as detailed as it was in the pictures. The sculpture was somewhat flat.

Hi Chula, thank you for your continued support and for choosing TGS across multiple orders. We truly value a collector with such a discerning eye for detail. At TGS, we are constantly navigating the fine line between intricate sculptural aesthetics and the ergonomics of daily wear. We understand that the high-relief depth can sometimes translate differently from high-definition macro photography to the physical piece. Since you’ve experienced several of our pieces, we’d truly love to hear your honest thoughts: Where exactly would you like to see more depth or sharper details? Your feedback will be incredibly helpful as we refine our casting and finishing processes for future collections! Please feel free to reach out to us directly. We look forward to the conversation.

The jewelry is exquisite! Detailing is amazing… looks rich and unique. The garnet ring with two horses is quite a piece of art! The cherub necklace is absolutely adorable with a lovely natural pearl attached. This is my second time purchasing from this store. Had to wait for it to get it…. But it is so worth it. Highly recommended… to the ones who love to wear the most amazing jewelry!!!!

Dear Jurgita, Welcome back! It’s such an honor to have you as a returning collector. 🖤 We are thrilled that the Dual Peppy Ring and the Starlit Angel Pendant have found a home in your collection. These pieces represent exactly what TGS stands for: merging mythical narratives with intricate sculptural details. Thank you for your patience during the crafting process. As you felt, we don't rush art—every "wait" is a commitment to ensuring your piece arrives as a perfect masterpiece. Your recommendation means the world to our craftsmen!

Great customer service and beautiful jewelry! I especially like that they have a variety of styles that pleases both the goth inside me and the more classical clothing in my wardrobe.
Response from True Gemstone SculptureFeb 6, 2026
Hi Heidi！ Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We love how you described the harmony between your "Goth inside" and your "Classical wardrobe." 🖤 At TGS, we believe that jewelry should be as multifaceted as the person wearing it. Our jewelry carries a sense of dark, mythical mystery while maintaining an elegant, sculptural presence that elevates any outfit. We are so glad our pieces have found a special place in your collection and your daily style!

I enquired about the colouring on a ring because some of the photos were different, was assured the photos on the website were out of date and the production ring had a gold tone basket like I wanted. Bought the ring, heard nothing for a month. Felt like a scam so I asked for a refund. Funnily enough I then got a shipping number. Asked for the refund again and was told that if I kept the ring they’d give me a 20% discount. No updates on that shipping number for weeks, reached out again and got a new number. When it was finally delivered, it didn’t have the gold tone basket that I originally enquired about. I emailed *again* asking about the error and the refund, haven’t heard anything back but saw in my bank account that they refunded the 20% and nothing more. Unpleasant experience and won’t be purchasing from them again

Hi Mia, Thank you for your candid feedback. I would like to publicly apologize to you for this unpleasant experience. You are absolutely right—this was entirely our fault. After seeing your review, I immediately went back and checked our communication history. That's when I realized I missed the follow-up information in your email regarding the "gold tone baske" error. This is completely on us: we processed the compensation for the delayed shipment at that time, but overlooked the product error you mentioned. We never want any customer to feel like they are dealing with a robot or being ignored. We have just sent you an email to process an additional refund to compensate for the incorrect basket color you received. We highly value you as our customer and appreciate you pushing us to uphold higher service standards. We hope we still have the opportunity to make up for this mistake. Best regards, The True Gemstone Team
