I am so pleased with the black and white prints I had processed at Fromex. Before printing, they called me directly to discuss the options available and gave me all the info I needed to make a choice. The quality of my prints is amazing. I am so happy with their work!

Great customer service and my prints look great!

I was very disappointed when I saw the poor quality of my two prints. I paid over $30 for two 10x10s. The tone was very bad. Muddy. Lost the highlights too. I won't be returning. I was contacted by Fromex after they saw my review. They went out of their way to find out how they could improve upon the prints. They sent me 3 small samples of each print and had me choose one, then they printed them and overnighted them to me. This company is very driven to keep customers happy. The updated prints did show improvement.

Susan, Thanks for ordering your B&W prints from Fromex True Black & White. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the prints. You should call or email us immediately. First of all, we guarantee that every print meets your expectation or we will reprint it at no charge or refund your payment. Black & White can be printed from high contrast with deep blacks and brilliant whites, to a lower contrast with a full tonal range in between. Density can also vary drastically on any print. What type of B&W you like can be very different than what another person likes. We print somewhere in between the extremes for what we think looks good to most customers. As you can easily see from our 5 Star reviews, most people like what we print. We will reach out to you to get a better idea of the type of print you were expecting. Thanks, John Albright. Owner
