glow with usReviews of truebeautyglow.com

This company is a complete scam. The product is cheap. Buried in the fine print is says no refunds on sale items but the product is ALWAYS on sale. Do not buy from them

The product stopped working after 1 full charge. Emailed and was asked the same questions again and again. Wish I'd read the reviews first!!!! Definitely not the cheapest option but definitely the worst!! Even sent video proof of it NOT working. Shouldn't be allowed to trade if they don't replace or refund faulty products

SCAM- AVOID. The packing has a “True Beauty Glow” sticker slapped on it. The device lights up but does nothing else. I’ve contacted the company 3 times with no response. I finally got a response from them after escalating a claim with PayPal. After resending them pictures and videos and keeping my PayPal claim active, they finally agreed to refund my payment. Which they did. But it’s still a scam. DO NOT BUY.

The product is not as described. The massage features doesn’t actually work, it vibrates for one second here and there it’s not constant enough to make a difference. The USB chord also doesn’t work. Emailed them proof of all of it and they won’t give a refund because it was ‘on sale’ they are always on sale.. so don’t listen to the website you will NOT be able to return it if it’s showing the (permanent) discounted price. They do not care.

Orderd and never received!!! Emailed over 5 times, never been answered. Rude. I want my money back.

That’s a Scam! Avoid like the plague! They don’t reply to emails, you can’t contact them elsewhere. Their instagram page has comments blocked and they of course don’t reply to DM’s!!!! Never received anything from them and I am trying to get my money back with my bank. Just a headache!

Product doesn’t work. Won’t even charge. I reached out to customer service 3x and have had no response. Don’t waste your time on this company or product. Pure scam!!

Horrific customer service! Lies about return policy. My product has never taken a charge and the asked for a video to prove it. I supplied a video and now have gotten radio silence. I feel like such a sucker this thing is junk. I use lasers in my profession and the weight of this alone is obvious that it is junk and doesn’t do anything besides waste time and money.
