I was an early backer on Indiegogo. I was lucky enough to have canceled my order before the company filed for bankruptcy. I saw they were under new ownership and decided to order the bowls as they really ticked a lot of boxes for us. While the bowls arrived with no issues and work for us, there’s a few issues. 1. One of my two bowls arrived with 2 dings on the bottom. While it didn’t impact function, I reached out to customer service and they never replied. I sent images and a video of me opening the package to show it arrived that way. 2. They are not seamless, so these will definitely rust over time. The original company owners were struggling to have a single piece of stainless steel and this company didn’t address this and advertises the bowls as seamless. Regardless, I like the bowls and we are happy with them but are worried about longevity for the price tag. Plus, the customer service team just ignored me.

I was a little disappointed when I open the box and saw that some of the design changes I think it’s a great product but it’s over priced

The slow feed portion of the bowl seems poorly made, or poorly attached. I foresee issues in the future with the space I can see.

I was disappointed that the mat did not quite fit on the stand. It seems the nubs on the bottom of the mat do not sit on either side of the stand to hold it in place but rather on top and my dogs keeps pushing the mat off the stand creating a mess. Everything seems very good quality though so 3 stars

Overall we have been happy with our trot pet dishes. I am just a little disappointed in our last order. I ordered the trot lid and even though it says lid the picture shows (2) lids. It is deceiving in that I thought I would be getting (2) lids.

We ordered a set of bowls and a stand, but returned them as they weren't the right size for our needs. We were disappointed that the "medium" bowl was actually quite large. The product description on the website does not give specific measurement or dimensions for the bowls, so it was hard to tell what we were actually ordering. Also, I had assumed that the stand would be the same dimensions as the mat, and that the mat would attach snugly to the stand, but they were not the same size and so the mat just rests on top. That said, I was able to return the product and the return process was extremely easy, so I appreciate the great customer service even though the product did not live up to my expectations.

Miscommunication on the order. I thought I was getting the light complete set in the small and got medium, black. 12 lb dog! Got it quickly though

I feel bad for this fledgling company. They had a great idea that launched during the pandemic with the epic manufacturing and transportation slow-downs. Since they manufactured in China, getting product to the US wasn't easy. I waited several months and when I enquired about my order I received polite, upbeat messages assuring me I'd get my order. I did receive the bowls, but not the lids for the bowls. I was assured I would get those in two weeks, but they never came. The bowls I received are in the beautiful canary yellow, are high quality, and are meant to last a lifetime. The company has a great product - just an inability to deliver. Sadly, my English bulldog outgrew his speedy eating before I received the set and no longer needs a puzzle bowl...so I will likely sell mine. The thing is - this company set out with a great idea, enthusiasm, great staff. The encountered insurmountable production issues. To their credit, when I contacted them regarding the delay the offered me a refund every single time. They were NOT trying to take anyone's money. They truly thought they would make a difference in the pet market. I wish them luck in the future.
