This is what happened to me. I'm writing it down the order of events. 1. I booked a ticket and they gave me confirmation number. 2. 2 weeks later they reached out to me and told me that the ticket issued was an error The price is actually double. They offered me a different ticket for the original price which was confirmed and I received a new confirmation number. 3. Today I get a phone call that The replacement ticket will only be issued if I add money. The original ticket was a month in advance for $99 now they want more than $500 per ticket.

To accommodate this, we offered you a new option with an **additional charge of $162 USD total for two passengers**. This brought the total cost for two tickets to **$380.04 USD**. We want to emphasize that this was still **$215 USD cheaper than the airline's direct price of $595 USD** for the same flights. We never quoted a price of $1000 USD, as you mentioned in your review.
