Do not sign up with Trinity Meds. I canceled the same day I inquired and still spent more than two weeks fighting them.
I first saw Trinity Meds on Facebook about a month before I ever submitted anything. I waited and thought about it while I compared rates with other weight-loss medication companies. This one looked like the lowest price, and that is what made me decide. I did not look at the reviews first because I did not think I would have to. I thought I could trust what I saw on Facebook. I no longer trust Facebook for anything. On September 9, 2026, I submitted an inquiry for one medication for three months. Within three hours I read the reviews, got alarmed, and called to cancel. On that first call I was told I did not have an appointment or an account. Then the representative suddenly “found” an account and said billing would have to cancel it. They never confirmed the cancellation. About 30 minutes after I canceled, I got an email from Nicole Preston. It did not confirm that my account was canceled or that I would not be charged. It asked why I wanted to cancel. She never responded again to confirm it was canceled and that I would not be billed. On September 10 I had no orders. On September 16 I reached back out because a different medication I never asked for was now on my profile at double the price. On September 18 I called again. I told them I had already canceled and that the wrong, higher-priced medication was on my profile. The representative said they could not cancel my account unless they placed a new order. They canceled the wrong, higher-priced order and then put in a new order for the original medication I had inquired about. I never had an appointment. I never saw a doctor. It took two weeks and several days of going back and forth with Trinity Meds before they told me they were going to charge me no matter what. Their terms say that once you place an order, they will not give your money back whether you received anything or not. I had to go through Affirm, my creditor, and take screenshots of every screen, order, and message to get the charge canceled. Affirm got the company to cancel it. I am not being billed. Getting there was a fight. If you already submitted an inquiry or payment information: take screenshots of everything. Write down every person you spoke to and the date and time. That is what kept me from being charged. Do not assume a phone cancel request actually closed the account.

I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve described, and I’d genuinely like the chance to take a closer look at what happened, but I’m not able to match your review to a profile with the information currently available. We’ve sent you a request through Trustpilot for a few additional details, including the email address used on the account. Once we’re able to identify your profile, I can review what happened and assist from there.
