BEWARE FRAUD SCAM
BEWARE - This company is a fraud. They charged me $149, sent the wrong dosage and now 25 emails, 9 phone calls and 4 "appointments" where no one ever called, I am out my $$ and no medication. EVERY email is a LIE and they are a bunch of IDIOTS. BEWARE they are a scam and will steal your money AND WASTE your time. UPDATE - So I provided my information as requested and now I am getting TONNES of spam calls and of course nothing from the idiot who requested it.

Shipping time is currently at 2 weeks
My first month's meds were significantly delayed in shipping. Now I'm waiting on my second month of medication and it is over 10 days late so I have missed one shot and ready to miss a second one. The pharmacy cannot handle the load of prescriptions. The customer service is horrible and cannot help when meds are delayed. I'm beginning to think they are a fraudulent company who just took my money and ran with it. I will be reporting this to my HSA account in an attempt to get my money back. They have a no refund policy as well. Do not use this company. You will be sorry!

quick, efficient dosing
So far I have had excellent service, response times and even went up in dose. Now I’ve been on GLP-1s for years with several different companies so didn’t need much hand holding or teaching. Great place to get your drugs without fuss.

Charged my card Aug 22nd and still…
Charged my card Aug 22nd and still waiting for the refill. Ask for a refund and they just said they cancelled my subscription with no refund. DO NOT recommend.

Order a 3 month supply of Trizepitide…
Order a 3 month supply of Trizepitide using 50 units weekly. Bottles contained approximately 180 units. I called numerous times, left messages with the listed pharmacy, but no return call. The Trizepitide was very thick and hard to draw. After 3 months I was down 3 pounds, thanks to my diet. I do not recommend Trinity.

Trinity Meds took my payment for $432…
Trinity Meds took my payment for $432 knowing that I was already on the maximum dosage of 15 mg/week and both refused to correct it to the proper dosage and refused to cancel my order and return my money. Multiple agents said they would correct it and didn’t. They signed me up for multiple calls from one of their clinicians and each time nobody called at the appointed time. Please heed my experience before you give them anything.

Hey David, I saw your review and asked my team to take another look at the refund. I’m glad to say it’s now been processed. We do support a range of concentrations and dosing options, but the provider ultimately makes the final call on what can be prescribed, and I can’t get into their clinical reasoning publicly. I’m sorry this took so much back-and-forth. You shouldn’t have had to chase it this hard. I hope I was able to help get this part resolved.
