I almost died after taking tirzepatide. Full on anaphylactic reaction - had a thready pulse almost undetactable blood pressure, difficulty breathing, vomiting etc 15 mina after taking the med. The compounding pharmacies are unregulated and dangerous as they dont actually care...I've called numerous times and sent emails and its been over a week and no response. I called to get the other ingredients they compound with as well as to cancel and they sent me the medication anyway a week or two later that would kill me if i took it. Be careful. I dont have a history of food or drug allergies. I would not trust your life with this med.

I actually would rate Trinity Meds with no stars. They are only good with charging you, terrible at delivering meds that are the right dosage. Terrible service!!

When I ordered my meds, I specifically asked and paid for three months worth of medicine. I explained that I was leaving the area and wanted to take the medicine with me because I didn’t wanna have complications of changing the address and getting it late when the medicine arrived, I only received one month. I called immediately and change the address and they assured me that my medicine would arrive on time at the new location. Needless to say it didn’t. I was in Maine. It arrived at my Florida address. I called them told them I had received message from FedEx. Could they call FedEx and change the address and have it come here they refuse they told me to call FedEx. I called FedEx. They said that shipper has to change the address I called back. They said people would call me they didn’t and then finally I got somebody who said well if I wanted the medicine I needed to pay for it again I was promised to call back. Nobody got back to me. Needless to say I went to my credit card company and canceled the two months I didn’t get and ask for a refund back, I would not do business with these people. They have no customer service and their people while polite have no authority to help you stay away from Trinity meds. Also one final note the medicine I got for the first month and took did not seem to have any strengthen it. I had been on this medicine before and what I got was nowhere near the quality of the medicines I had gotten before..

Do not use this company. It was a month after they received payment before they even bothered getting my order to the pharmacy. Do not give these frauds your money. They are refusing to give a refund even though I requested one before my order ever got to the pharmacy. They have not sent any contact except for my constant attempts to reach out to them I finally got one email. Very apologetic for their failures but no attempt to improve them. This is a fraudulent company.

After canceling my subscription for the month I received an email stating a new prescription was on the way and I would be charge in October. What??? I did not authorize that and they swear that I won't be charged. However, I'm pretty sure this story isn't ending.

I can’t give more than one because of my disappointment in not receiving my 4th months of meds. I’ve called text and still no action. I was billed. I read this was one of the top tens companies that’s why I chose it.Do you know how desperate some of us are and to have it just disappear… today is my day to take my 4 th shot. But nothing came. I want to cry. It sickens me that you take advantage of desperate individuals. In the past three months I haven’t gain. That alone makes me smile. 2 came off then another 2 then three. For me that is a miracle! Now reading all these reviews gets me sick. I was taken advantage of. This is wrong. This company was one of the top tens. That’s why I chose it.

I have the same complaint as the majority with Trinity Meds. Delayed shipment and quick payments, spoke with one of their representatives she said they can’t guarantee shipment to be on time and there is a delay I requested to be cancelled and not happy with the way it’s handled on their end. She said well I can cancel you but we cannot give you a refund ! Hmm 🧐 well that’s not okay. So I agreed fine send the October shipment then cancel me I no longer want to do business with a company like this and she hung up on me.

After I already signed up and it said I was going to get my 15 mg dose they then did a review and told me that they only do 11.125 mg doses. At that point I told them to cancel and that was on September 21st. They said as long as I cancel before it shipped I would get a refund. They never canceled my order it shipped on the 29th and they still are charging me for it. They also charge you $35 just to tell you they don't have your dosage which they could have done when you go to sign up.
