I started using Trinity Med in July. There was a minor glitch with the website not taking my information in the beginning. That was resolved with emails. I asked a LOT of questions on how they do business before agreeing to using their service. So far everything has gone smoothly. I have received my medication on time each month and received an email from the doctor assigned to my case each month. I started on a low dose and have continued to lose weight slowly to avoid complications with my health. I also researched the pharmacy that sends my medication. It is a 503A licensed sterile compounding pharmacy.

So far I have had excellent service, response times and even went up in dose. Now I’ve been on GLP-1s for years with several different companies so didn’t need much hand holding or teaching. Great place to get your drugs without fuss.

I placed my order for a 3 month supply of semaglutide and I used Affirm as a payment option because I didn’t feel comfortable giving my debit card information to them. My state requires a doctor visit before dispensing the medication. The only complaint I have so far, is it took almost a month before I could get an online appointment with their physician. I received the semaglutide about a week after the visit. The medication was well packed and still cold upon arrival.

So far, not a horrible experience but I'm at the beginning of my journey. I got the Compounded Semaglutide 6 month deal and it took 6 days to process and get my order to me. I just received today and will take my first dose tomorrow morning. The only thing I'm concerned about is the app I have provides no instructions or ongoing support options, just when I was approved, when I will be charged next ( Jan 2027) and to email with questions. I went through Hers a year ago and they had a supportive app that went over dosing, proper care and technique, FAQs, and videos and other helpful resources to help guide us through each stage with an option to chat with a physician as needed. So, again, a little skeptical of the lack of support. We shall see.

I received mine quickly with emails just as it said I would. I am still a little nervous because I ordered a full year and there is really no one to talk to personally from there. I’m a nurse so I know different signs to look for if I start having reactions or if it isn’t working. It definitely has curbed my appetite but I haven’t noticed much on weight loss. It’s been 4 weeks this week.

With lack of communication, delays with only being able to email with the company, I placed an order for 3 months of semaglitine through Trinity Meds on the 21st of June 2026, a UPS order was delivered July 2,2026 from Casa Pharm RX in a cooler which was still cool. Since the temperatures have been in the 100 degrees I was worried on warm meds and they were chilled. It was packaged well with details on each envelope for use. My only complaint was they never consulted on the doses. They started me over from scratch after sending proof of prior dose. I did send an email about starting me on such a low dose but they said it was to late my order was sent to the pharmacy already. That goes back to lack of communication and no consult only a couple emails. the positive, I did receive my medication. Plenty of patience is needed if ordering. Fingers crossed, I lose this last 10lbs.
