DO NOT ORDER FROM TRINITY MEDS. I canceled on July 11th and they shipped anyway on July 20th. Shady business. After researching this company, FDA Warnings: The FDA cited the company for making false or misleading claims and implying that their compounded GLP-1 products are FDA-approved.

if i could give zero, i would. this provider quickly approved my order on july 5th. we are now july 26th and still no medication received. they keep saying they already escalated. mind you i contacted them about a week after july 5th assuring me the order is processed accordingly. its been 3 weeks and they keep saying its escalated. what kind of escalation is 3 weeks and still no meds. no phone number nothing and they even have the audicity to respond that processing is by business days! and that thempublished processing time of 1-3 days could be several days… wow! 21 days thats 15 business days and they still feel they are providing customer service. run away they are bogus!

ALERT!!! Very deceptive service. I cancelled my order and service immediately after the approved my service with an ill conceived treatment plan. One week later they said shipment was moving forward. I was out of town and the shipment must be refrigerated. Makes me wonder what is actually in the viles that they expect people to inject into your body. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS Dr John Mengelberg

I ordered about 10 days ago. It took them 5 days to finally approve and I have not received tracking information yet. The reason this is disappointing is because they advertise way differently. Also, charged me before anyone even looked at my record. They say they will refund if you are not approved for the medication. Why not just wait to charge? To the person who said they even had you send a picture of yourself to make sure your not under weight...how do they know it is really you? They don't ask for a picture ID. If they truly did ask that, I have even lower trust with this company.

This company is a SCAM! I placed a order and by the next day i was approved without speaking to any type of doctor to consultant the prescription they was giving me and why. But of course they charged my card and took my money. I reached out a week later about the delay and to speak with someone about the prescription they wanted to prescribe to me. I was informed by my doctor that those combinations with B12 & B6 are not safe and told me not to take it and to see if they can change it. I explained to her I was waiting to hear something back from the company but never did. Now it being 3 weeks later I still haven't gotten a honest answer to why they haven't heard back from the pharmacy (casa pharmacy) by now but they was still waiting for a cancelation response. I called the pharmacy myself and they told me that Trinity meds NEVER tried to contact them about any type of cancelation. Someone is lying and I put my money on Trinity meds. When I called Trinity meds and spoke with a representative there she got mad at me and told me I was trying to get money back and that wasnt fair to the company. And as I explained to her i haven't heard from any doctor nor have i received any product, so YES i want a refund. Then she rudely hung up on me after i was supposed to be transferred to the supervisor. This place is a complete joke! My order was placed on July 10th and today is July 24rd. They just want to take your money. They lied about communication and they do not stand by their guarantee policy. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I have to reach put to my CC company now to try to dispute it. This is crazy and ridiculous!!!

This is the worst company to ever work with Buyer beware these guys read from a script. I called within 12hrs of placing the order I was with another provider and was going to switch for the savings but I still had a couple of months left to finish the program. I called to cancel within 12hrs and was told they could not cancel the order due to the fact it was already at the pharmacy. going back and fourth for days I even called the pharmacy directly after getting the script ID. They said they had not made the meds yet and that they still had time to cancel but Trinity had to be the ones to cancel it. I called again and got the same run around someone reading from a script telling me that there terms did not allow to cancel. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PROVIDER!!! Do your research before dealing with these guys. They run a bad business!! If I could give them less that a 1 star I would!!!!

This Company is not reliable at all, misleading the process, l have signed up on 7-20-2026, did not take them 5 days to take the money, As of today 7-24-2026, have not received my products, email the company several times in the past 4 days now, all l get is how sorry they are for misleading, hate to say this but will never in the million years l will go with this company or recommand anyone, l have request to refund my full payment back still no responses back yet

I placed my first order and it took them two weeks for them to ship my meds. They shipped from the pharmacy on 7.18.26 and were supposed to be delivered overnight. I received them on 7.21.26 and the package was not cold. The icepack melted. I called customer service and was told that "it should be fine to use". I said no, it's supposed to be cold. I am not using this medication and requested a call back. I called again the next day, got the run around and was asked to submit photos of my delivery showing the meds and the ice pack. I submitted these. Never heard back. Called again. They reached out to the pharmacy that shipped the meds, but the pharmacy has not replied. Keep being told that the meds are "safe to use" even though they came in hot. Subpar customer service. I would NOT recommend using this company. Meds don't arrive on time and are not properly refrigerated, and then you get no help. Never using this company again.
