Absolutely horrific experience! Run from Trinity Meds do not purchase from them they are a scam! Promised to deliver within 2 to 3 days. Calls emails and customer portal responses were ignored completely. Promises of returning a phone call within 24 to 48 hours ignored! Two weeks later I still haven’t received my product

Charged for my subscription, never even got an appointment because each time I tried to secure one it was reported as unavailable. NO way to go in to "manage the subscription" despite there being a place to do that on the site- it takes you to a dead end. Was then told by the customer service that they have no record of my initial refund of the money, despite there being an invoice number on my refund email, and was then todl there was no way he could cancel even though I never had an appointment, was never shipped any medications. Absolutely infuriating. DO NOT sign up for this service. It is a SCAM. Absolutely deserves 0/5 stars and not even the 1 star it made me give it

Ordered my medication over 2 weeks ago. I've already been double billed (which they refuse to refund), I keep getting a text message from the company claiming that my prescription is being held up at the pharmacy with no information available as to when it may be filled or shipped. Customer service is an out of country call center where no one has any power to do anything whatsoever to resolve your issue and once their Dr writes Dr approval goes through for your medication you are no longer eligible for refund. I'm actually shocked that this is a US based company.

Do not give these people your money. Do not. There are plenty of other companies to go through. I was skeptical they were as bad as other people were stating (people love to leave bad reviews) but they're worse. I was immediately charged the full price of my medication before I ever "ordered" it there is no confirmation after getting approved for it. After 2 weeks of zero communication/ updates I tried cancelling. They said they couldn't cancel because it was already with the pharmacy. I was messaging them every other day to cancel and refund me and they refuse. After a full MONTH of waiting they give me half my money back, but still would not cancel. They shipped it to me and it was warm when it got here and ruined which I almost feel was on purpose. They promised they'd cancel everything going forward and then only a week after getting my unusable medicine they charge me again which was never authorized and I'm going to have to change my card number to stop them. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service of my life.

This company is the biggest scam ever. I decided to do business with them because of my mom. She received her medication within a week, but me? Ha! What a joke. I was approved fairly quickly, but every single day I would get an email stating that there is a delay at the pharmacy. I contacted support to cancel because they charged the card on file and I was able to get medication from a different company quicker. The catch? Trinity meds will not give you a full refund, only HALF. I did not submit their form. I asked via email why the refund would only be half. No reply. Then the morning of 8/08/26 I get an email stating that they processed my cancellation without my confirmation and I would only get $288 back when they charged $432. There reason is because "a full refund is not possible as the medication for this month has already been dispatched to the pharmacy." If it has been dispatched then it should have been delivered. I will be disputing this charge with the bank since this company wants to play games. September 15,2026: Time for a refill! But guess what? I was told by an agent that my medication would automatically be sent since I paid for their 3 month supply. I waited, waited, and waited. I reached out to support to only find out that "starting from August 10, 2026, prescriptions are issued in 12‑week cycles for patients who subscribed from that date onward. Since your prescription began before this change, you are required to submit a refill intake form. Only after submission will the 12‑week cycle apply to you as well." Fine. However, you cannot find their form on their useless portal. I had to replay via email for the form. I received the form and as I'm working through it, I need a patient ID. Again, no info on their portal. I replied AGAIN for my patient ID and any other info I will need to complete this refill order. I do not understand what is so hard about giving information and forms as needed to a customer when they are frustrated. I will preach to everyone that they need to stay FAR FAR AWAY from Trinity Meds. The headache is not worth it. Any rep you manage to get a hold of lies, tells you the wrong information, and you end up losing money no matter what you try.

If I could give them a zero I would. When I went to process payment their app said my payment didn’t go through. I was using Afterpay & they said I had exceeded my limit so they had upped the payment amount from $86.15 to $152.61. Both payments went through but when I completed the second attempt their app said payment couldn’t be confirmed to contact support which I have done multiple times. Now they are sending me links to set up payment saying their system can’t confirm my payment. I’ve sent them screenshots from my bank account & Afterpay for the two charges & no one is doing anything. My trinty account even has approval for two orders. Run from this company. Someone needs to shut them down. Beyond shady. Since they’ve added a reply pretending to care, I feel that I need to add that I have made multiple attempts to try to get these crooks to fix the fact that they double charged me & refuse to admit that they even have it. They continue to send requests asking for more. They even told me I should have my bank fix the problem their system created. Don’t believe that response they replied with here.Do your own research. They have even been under investigation with the FDA. They’ve been made to remove fake positive reviews. The only reason they have even a 2 on here is because you can’t give them a zero. Look them up. They have nearly 50 unanswered bbb complaints. The list of shady from this unethical company goes on & on

Absolutely awful! When I initially signed up everything was swift. The next Communications I received that started beyond the 72 hours that allow you to cancel, all kept saying we apologize for the delay. We apologize for the delay. We apologize for the processing delay. I called and asked for a refund. I was told that they would go ahead and process it and I should be receiving a tracking number within 48 hours at the latest. I sent an email to cancel because I did not receive that tracking number. I called in to speak with someone. I asked his people the supervisor they said there wasn't one. I then asked to see if there was a corporate phone number or an address that I could have. The representative on the phone said she had no idea where that was what it was and could not provide it. Do not spend your money! I'm reporting them to the Attorney General's office for fraud

I signed up with Trinity on 8/2 and my appointment was scheduled for 8/4/26 at 8:15. Healthcare personnel did not call until after 9:00 and missed the call because I was at work by this time. I contacted them and spoke with 4 people to reschedule appointment which I did not miss and they kept saying it was going to be 8/11 before I could be seen. I was not happy so they escalated my case and told me i'd hear something between 24-49 hrs. I kept getting AI calls telling me I missed my appt and to reschedule. Waited to next day to call them and was told a doctor would call between 10-11 and they never did. I spoke with customer service 6 times that afternoon and they could not find my account Called again on 8/6 and they found my account and was told it would be after 8/14 to be talk with provider and another week to get my meds. I told them I wanted to cancel plan and he placed me on hold and then told me a nurse would call me in an hour and they never did. I finally called back and cancelled. I would not recommend his company to anyone
