⚠️ TRUST PILOT has removed my reviews…
⚠️ TRUST PILOT has removed my reviews twice now. The first one said I didn’t provide proof that I bought through Trinity Meds. Then I sent them proof. Wrote another and they removed that one. Here we go again. They won’t get away with this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no recourse to get a refund. They used a pharmacy called LINK PHARMACY that was NOT listed as a partner pharmacy of theirs. They sent me a vile that was open and not even in an amber pill container like all the other companies do. It had NO LABEL and no directions of how much to inject. When you call and hold for over an hour to speak with someone, you get hung up on. I am going to sue them in small claims. They refuse to give you corporate info. They write back generic responses and it goes NO WHERE. I dare you Trust Pilot to remove another review. I will expose you for allowing kickbacks. They say they don’t allow you to post if the company gave you an incentive. THAT is a lie. One company offered me $50 off to write a review on Trust Pilot. IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT, NO NURSE EVER CALLED ME ONE TIME. THEY ARE LIARS.

Hi Carla, I took the time to personally look into your account and the concerns you raised because I understand how serious they are. I can see that you had questions about your medication and were able to request time with an RN through the patient portal. I also went back through the communications on your account and saw that the concern about the medication not having a seal came up toward the end, after your treatment had already been completed. We do take concerns like this seriously, and we’ve also made the pharmacy aware of your experience. Medications dispensed through our 503A pharmacy partners should be appropriately labeled with the necessary information, and I’d also be happy to have your prescription sent to you for your records if you need a copy. Regarding the refund, just to clarify, we were unable to issue a refund because the medication had already been received and administered and was compounded specifically for you. I understand that may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but I hope this helps clarify the circumstances surrounding the refund. Please reach us at [email protected] or +1 253-650-6969 if there’s anything else we can clarify.
