Hi Katia, This is disappointing feedback. It's unusual to receive feedback on unpleasant smells from our meals. Perhaps your meals spoiled in transit? I would hope you contacted our team for a full refund as sometimes, carriers can mishandle products compromising the integrity of our packages. I'm unsure if this was the case for you but given the feedback, it very well could be. I would love the opportunity to connect with you by phone to make things right. I'm confident you'll have a better experience with us the 2nd time around.

Tedd, We sincerely apologize for your negative experience and we appreciate your honest feedback. We continually strive to improve our recipes and offer a variety of flavors to cater to different preferences. We understand that taste is subjective, and we regret that our meals were not to your liking. Vacuum sealing the meals does change the presentation, but we prioritize food safety above all. Sorry for any confusion on our part. We are a weekly meal delivery subscription. Once you have selected your meal/items, your account will default to a weekly schedule. You can cancel at any time by contacting support over the phone, email, or live chat. Just the last day to cancel is the Friday before the delivery per our cutoff. Please be on the lookout for an email from us, as we want to connect with you directly to discuss the matter further and work towards a positive resolution.

Hello Natalia, thank you for your feedback. I really apologize for your experience. We are a weekly subscription. The renewal date is on your receipt and on your account. The account also has the next delivery date and the next bill date under your subscription tab. I apologize for any confusion there. In dealing with perishable goods, we have a strict cutoff that allows us to properly forecast and fulfill orders for the entire nation. We have a rotating menu and utilize the freshest ingredients our farmers have on hand each week, and our chefs are constantly curating new meals to add more variety and unique flavor profiles.
