Regarding the heating instructions, we offer several methods to reheat our meals for your convenience, including microwave, stovetop, air fryer, and oven baking. We understand that preferences vary, and we encourage you to try the different methods to find the one that best suits your taste. As for the subscription and cancellation policy, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Due to our nationwide production schedule, we do require a 7-day notice to skip or cancel a delivery. This is necessary to prevent an order from entering our large-scale production, as it becomes challenging to halt the entire process and locate a specific order among thousands. Finally, regarding the vacuum-sealed packaging, it is designed to maintain the freshness and safety of the meals. The materials used are food-safe and FDA-approved, ensuring that they do not release harmful chemicals when heated. However, if you have concerns about microwaving the packaging, you can always transfer the meal to a microwave-safe dish or use an alternative heating method. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with our vegan meal options. Our goal is to offer a variety of meal options that cater to different dietary preferences, including vegan and plant-based options. We aim to provide balanced meals with adequate protein and nutrients, and we apologize if you found the portion sizes to be smaller than expected. Your lack of variety is alarming and unusual. You should have absolutely received unique meals. I think it's also fair to mention that when you brought this to our attention, we immediately processed a refund for 7 of your 10 meals as we did not want you to pay for meals you received unwanted duplicates of. We would love to make this right. Please DM me and I'll gladly set you up with a new, discounted order with full variety to your liking, especially since you can now choose your own meals.

Hi Joyce, I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected charges, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Upon reviewing your account, it appears the first contact we received from you to cancel your subscription wasn't until July 10th, three days after our cutoff to prevent that order from production. A month earlier, you did skip several weeks of deliveries on your subscription but that is not a cancelation - you were still enrolled in our weekly recurring service and our system would charge you for the first week you did not skip online. As per our terms and conditions, we require 7 days notice to skip or cancel a delivery to prevent charges from occurring. Unfortunately, it seems that you missed the window for skipping a delivery, resulting in the charge to your credit card. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Our customer service team strives to provide helpful assistance to all our customers, Our team did explain that the order had already entered nationwide production and that we did not have the ability to locate one order among 10,000+. Additionally, we did fully refund your first order for you. Even so, I would like to be able to make things right and hopefully change your opinion about our service. We have many new offerings since you last experienced our meals and I'd like to extend you a special offer to try them out. If interested, please don't hesitate to DM me here.

Hello Margaret, thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry about your experience. We are a weekly subscription company and we try not to hide that. We have your reoccurring cost on your checkout, it is on the receipt of purchase that is emailed to you and we have it on the main page of your account. We also have instructions on how to cancel the subscription on the main page of your account. I apologize for any confusion. We also offer a skip weeks function that allows our customers to skip the week they do not want delivery or to try out their first order. If there is anything we can further do to help, please reach out whenever you have a moment.

Hello Ana, I hope all is well. I apologize for any misunderstanding. We are a weekly subscription. The order renews the Saturday prior to the next delivery. A lot of customers use the skip weeks feature to skip the next week. We have the renewal date on your receipt and the account. I am sorry you didn't enjoy the food as well.
