Your rates are too high. Even when it came time to renew, you would not give me any better rate than you give the general public. The ONLY reason that I stayed with Tri Eagle is because I am too lazy to change.

There's really not any interaction, but everything done online is well laid out and easy to select and move through to get it all taken care of. Good communication on weekly usage and monthly billing, too.

Good service and reasonable prices. However, not happy that you quit sending out daily usage each week.

you have a great rate for customers who use less than 1000 kwh hrs per month. Like having the usage per month sent to me e-mail.
