Promised a reward for my time, then lied about it.I switched from TriEagle Energy after a year of high rates. They then asked me to do a 15-minute exit survey, promising a $10 virtual gift card by email after Sept 1st. I took the time to do it, but the reward never arrived. When I called customer service today, they admitted they see that I completed the survey, but claim they have no record of the promised $10 gift card. It is a scam to trick former customers into giving free data. Absolutely dishonest and terrible business ethics.

TriEagle is a scam. I was happy with my last electric company, but I spoke to someone with TriEagle and they talked me into switching with them because they promised me a cheaper rate. As soon as I switched to TriEagle my electric bill has been much higher than my previous electric company, I guess they have hidden fees they don't disclose with you. I switched back to my old provider and my bill has been much cheaper than TriEagle.

This company is a rip off lie to you on rates !!!!! Stay away from them if you like paying high rates !!!!!!

Don't renew with them. That raise the rates and won't offer the lower rates because your an existing customer. Definitely no customer loyalty.

Things have been great since we have TriEagle. But once the renewal came around this time, our rate went up 33% C'mon... REALLY... 33%?!?

This company misleads customers regarding billing and can not resolve issues with online service. When I set up my account I was told I could set up automatic payment on a specific date after the first bill. When I attempted to do that I was told I couldn't. When I attempted to get into my account on line I found I couldn't. When I called in for assistance I was told there was a change and I would have to wait days for a resolution to reset my account. They mislead customers to get you to sign up with them and then lock you in by blocking you from your online account.

Horrible company. They overcharge me for bills for months and when I contacted them, they agreed that they overcharge me, but they wanted to give me on a 10% refund which I rejected. They sent my name to a collection agency stating that Inowe then $100 which I don’t owe them. I paid them their final bill in full . They are the ones who owe me for the overages they charged on my bills.

If you had 0 on the scale that’s what I would rate TriEagle Energy . Customer service skills are just as horrible as the bait for a lower price in the beginning. Only to have my bill skyrocket about three months later.
