When I renewed 2 years ago I believe I mistaken on what plan I wanted. I would not have signed up for a 3 year contract at 17 cents. Now rates are down to 14 cents and I'm locked. I will most definitely will be checking out other companies.

Well no one has been at home for a couple of months and our bill is still over $150, why there is no activity except for one two days a month.

Rates are fine, but I can't get rid of the weekly emails that tell me what my usage is each week. I've tried a few times over the years to stop the weekly emails that tells me what I use. It's just myself - so no one else living in the house that would affect how much is used. I've called - they couldn't help me, and I can't find an unsubscribe button. They are just another commodity provider - but they think I need to have this worthless piece of information each week. I'm not rich, but I can live with it being a few dollars higher if I want the comfort.

The past five years have gone very well with Tri-Eagle…. However, recent increases in our bill are outrageous. We keep our AC set pretty high (75-77) on a regular basis. We were out of town for two weeks with everything turned off / unplugged except one lamp, our Ring cameras and the AC (set at 82). Our bill was over $240!! We also recvd a message that we needed to expect even nigher charges for the upcoming week — again we are out of town, with very little electricity usage, and we’re being told our bill will be as high or higher!! I’m in real estate and I have been recommending Tri-Eagle to clients and friends alike. I now feel compelled to tell clients what happens after signing up with Tri-Eagle. We’re very disappointed and will be transferring companies soon as we can. TLee

I had to renew my service contract last year. Was told when I renewed if the rate changed within 30 days I could change to the cheaper plan. Yes, there was a rate change within the designated time period and never received the different rate. Very disappointed. Overall a good company but like everything else you have to watch your contract.

Your rates are too high. Even when it came time to renew, you would not give me any better rate than you give the general public. The ONLY reason that I stayed with Tri Eagle is because I am too lazy to change.
