Tricon Hates the US Military
My wife received military orders for us to relocate a month before our lease was set to end. Tricon is now trying to withhold our security deposit despite having proof of our orders more than two months in advance and despite telling us the home was left in immaculate condition. The utter contempt you have for people serving this country is shocking and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Thank you for your service and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand how concerning this situation must be, especially during a military relocation. Based on our policy, when valid military orders are received and processed, residents are not charged lease termination fees, and security deposits are not withheld as a result of a military move. The concerns you've described do not align with our standard practices. We would like the opportunity to review your account and the documentation provided to better understand what occurred. Our team will look into this matter promptly and work to resolve any errors as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be reaching out directly to gather any additional information needed.
