Hi Bryce, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing the maintenance history, we found that a work order was submitted on 6/20. Based on the information entered, our system did not classify the request as an emergency, so the next available appointment was scheduled for 6/22. The original work order was later canceled, and to ensure follow-up, an emergency work order was subsequently created and assigned to a vendor. When the vendor contacted you on 6/22 to schedule service, you advised that assistance was no longer needed, as the issue had already been resolved. For future situations like this, we encourage you to contact our Maintenance Department directly at 855-676-1680. In certain circumstances, our team can review the situation and override the initial classification to ensure the appropriate level of urgency is applied. We appreciate your feedback and remain available should you have any additional questions or concerns.
