After reviewing the maintenance history, we were unable to identify an ongoing plumbing issue. If you are experiencing any new or recurring leaks, please submit a maintenance request so our team can investigate and address the concern as quickly as possible. Regarding the drywall opening in the garage, we've submitted a work order to have that repaired, and you will be contacted to coordinate the repair. Thank you again for your feedback. Hi Wesley, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being a resident for nearly 10 years. We are sorry to learn of your concerns regarding this matter. In response to the concerns raised, an assessment for potential AMG concerns was scheduled. However, when the vendor attempted to complete the appointment, they were advised that you were not at the property due to your upcoming move-out. If you would still like the assessment completed prior to your move-out, we would be happy to coordinate that for you. Alternatively, if you prefer, the matter can be evaluated after possession of the home has been returned. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your new home.
