Brian
Ordered a simple power supply that came to me bad out of the box. I wasn't even angry about that, that happens. I just wanted another one. And they would sell me another one, not just send me one (I would have sent there's back same day). Then I said ok i'll buy it from someone else, I just want to return this one, and they said no problem, but I have to pay to ship it back to them, which was half the cost of the original item. Long story short, I order parts literally all day long for work. There are better places to order from. Thanks for the response, I said in the review that I obviously would have sent it back for evaluation. And I DID answer the email, and said I was well aware of your "tech support fix" and that that wasn't the issue.
Response from TRC ElectronicsOct 9, 2024
Brian, thank you for sharing your feedback. We take product quality very seriously, and our procedure for any product that may be defective or inoperable is to follow the manufacturer's warranty which requires the power supply to be evaluated. Our service team offered to have you send the product back to us, so we can determine the cause of failure before we sent you a replacement in case the issue occurred again. Additionally, we offered to call you directly to provide technical support. Thanks again for your feedback.
