All products leave our warehouse in new, unused condition, so when an item arrives damaged, we must investigate the shipment with the carrier, which can add time to the resolution process. Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 48–96 hours to appear, depending on the credit card provider or bank. We understand how frustrating the delay can be and appreciate your feedback as we continue working to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers.

Because orders are processed very quickly through our system, we’re sometimes unable to cancel them once fulfillment has begun, even within a short timeframe. However, our team did offer the option to return the item for a refund so you would not be stuck with a product you no longer needed.
