Item was defective, no.WEB11575 please refund my order Device was never altered and no one reached out to me at all. Can you send verification of refund
Response from TRC ElectronicsOct 2, 2024
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We take product quality very seriously, and we want to clarify our process for handling any issues that may arise with our products. Our procedure for any product that may be defective or inoperable is to follow the manufacturer's warranty. This ensures that the product is thoroughly evaluated to determine the cause of the failure. In cases where a manufacturer’s defect is identified, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective part. This option was offered to you by our customer service team. However, as the power supply in this case was altered, we are unable to accept a return for credit. Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a one-time refund for your purchase.
