I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jon at TraxNYC. From the very beginning, Jon went above and beyond to make sure my engagement ring came out exactly how I envisioned it. This was a completely custom process with multiple CAD revisions and a lot of small details that were important to me, and Jon was incredibly patient, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way. He took the time to communicate with me directly, answer every question I had, work with the production team on my changes, and make sure I was completely comfortable before anything moved forward. He also helped me secure an incredible 5.03 carat F/VS1 IGI-certified oval diamond, and the finished ring absolutely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was just another sale. Jon genuinely seemed invested in getting this ring right for me, and that level of customer service is rare, especially with a purchase this important. The finished ring is absolutely stunning, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the entire experience made me confident that I chose the right jeweler. Jon earned a customer for life.
