I never receive mail. It's been 8 months and I have received 1 FedEx. I sent a test mail and it was never received. When you call customer service, they are not helpful. Left a voicemail for Jennifer, the VP of Ops. Still nothing.

I've used them for 5+ years and have…
I've used them for 5+ years and have generally been happy, but out of nowhere they removed email support and now require you to call. That means we can never get support, since we can't call from where we live internationally. It is one of the most bizarre moves I've ever seen a company make with an international client base.
I can't recommend them anymore, since any issues won't be fixable. And issues do come up, I have one now and can't get a response from them.

Canceling Travelin Mailbox
Posting here because I decided to subscribe to Traveling Mailbox because of positive feedback about them here and on r/digitalnomad. I am using them for my small out state rental business in another state and receive rent checks and money orders through this box.
I received another TM customer's mail in my shipment recently. This did not show up in my scans, it just showed up in the shipment to my home.
I contacted them and it took forever for the young man to even understand the problem. I mean how hard is it to understand "I've received another one of your customer's mail in my shipment"? He finally got help from someone and came back with the solution that they would Fedex an envelope for me to send back to them. A WEEK passes and nothing. I frankly would have expected an overnight service. I call back, get the same kid. And SAME run around. This is only a week later. How many calls has this kid received that he doesn't recall the situation? Or does this happen regularly at TM?
This time he finally someone else picks up the phone and I have to re-explain everything. He still doesn't get it at first. I mean come on. He tells me the same thing - that they will Fedex a return envelope. I missed the opportunity to ask him "You are going to overnight something, right? Right?"
We're approaching another week, and I'm starting to feel for this other small business and really getting pissed because how have they handled this situation so far. And I'm starting to wonder about issues some of my tenants have had with missing and extremely delayed checks in the past.
So I finally stuff this other company's mail in to my own envelope and slap my own postage on it with a nice letter explaining to them what happened and how TM handled this.
To wrap it all up the second promised Fedex return envelope NEVER arrived from them. They are completely untrustworthy.
Until now, I had put the burden of proof on my tenants for their late and missing rent checks. Now I'm confident in blaming Traveling Mailbox.

Traveling Mailbox is trash
Traveling Mailbox is trash. Used them for years. Something changed recently. It started about a year ago I would just not receive any mail for an entire month and it would just start working again the following. It's now been 3 months with no mail for my business that receives a relatively large volume of monthly statements and checks. The customer service team is absolutely useless. Nothing but gaslighting if I get a response at all. It's done irreparable damage to my business I'm at a complete and utter loss. I received mail at the Philadelphia address, I'm not sure if the issue was with them specifically but my mail has been returned as VACANT for 3 months and nobody can figure it out.

Don't use them - unfriendly & old-fashion
Darn... highly unprofessional. I got a Maddie Puckett. She was rude borderline unprofessional. No hello, no nothing... just "where is your USPS Form 1583". I had it but not uploaded. Where to upload she did not tell me. All she did is treated me badly. She is mentioned as team-lead on the website. Thus I think this is as good as it gets.
As for the webpage. It's pretty 80th. Log in's seem not to be standardized. While I can log in to see my bills, I cannot log in to see my messages.
TLDR: they are a mess. Don't use them. I paid for a months. Will cancel now.
UPDATE: to be fair. After I complained and cancelled my contract. They refunded all my cost. No word of regret though :)

Weak Service, Owner gets involved when it's time to insult me
Tried them for 2 months horrible customer service, arrogant managers. Mike the owner acts like he's a big shot and put me down because I asked for a refund on a package, after his support person suggested I ask for a refund. Mike you run a virtual mailbox company with horrible reviews all over the internet, this does not qualify you for big shot status.
They don't consolidate packages for you or give accurate quotes so shipping was 400% more than the cost of the packages I wanted delivered

Don't sign up
Don't sign up - this company doesn't care about their customer.
Zero customer support - because of their problem with their system, they forced me to call call them, a girl named Maddy told me she can't do anything to unblock my account (which i paid a full year in advance) and only her manager Jennifer (that is not in the office) could do it, if i live a VM and then she might call me back.... good luck with that.
Horrible customer service.

I am an expat and relied on Traveling Mailbox -- They failed
I am an expat and relied on Traveling Mailbox for critical mail handling. My experience has been extremely disruptive and, frankly, unacceptable.
I had several fraudulent charges on my bank account and reported them. Due to time zone differences, I was speaking with after-hours support at my bank, and some legitimate charges were mistakenly flagged as fraudulent. This was later corrected with my bank.
However, shortly after this, Traveling Mailbox terminated my account without warning. One day I had full access; the next day I was completely locked out.
I immediately contacted support, explained the situation, and confirmed that the bank issue had been resolved. Despite this, the company refused to restore access or provide a workable solution.
This created a major problem because:
I was in the middle of changing countries
A replacement bank card was being mailed to that address
I was expecting important U.S. government documents
I lost the ability to view, forward, or manage my own mail
The only option offered was to have mail forwarded at my expense, which costs $25–$35 per shipment internationally, making it impractical to manage ongoing mail.
After significant back-and-forth, I attempted to re-open an account using a relative’s credit card. Even then, I still cannot access my mailbox, and support responses appear to be generic templates that do not address the issue.
At this point, I have moved to another provider, but I still need access to my existing mail to fully transition. The company has the ability to resolve this but has chosen not to.
Summary:
Account terminated without warning
No meaningful support or escalation
Loss of access to critical mail during international relocation
Expensive and impractical workaround offered
Ongoing inability to regain access even after attempting to re-establish service
I strongly recommend that expats or anyone relying on consistent mail access consider alternatives.
