Driver was on time but car was overbooked and they had a pessanger pick up from second terminal. It was more than one hour to get all luggage and all pessangers. Some luggage was sent directly to hotel.

Very good London bus tour. Had to wait at bus stops for a bit but traffic was heavy so to be expected and had to get off bus at one point as the bus couldn't get over a bridge due to protests. Overall a good experience.

Other than our driver being a little late we had a great experience. We booked a car and driver for the day. We had a custom tour so we chose Windsor Castle and Stonehenge (admission tickets were included in the price). Our driver was courteous and provided to our needs. Other than being a little expensive, I'd use the service again.

We booked our Gatwick to London transfer from Travel Compendium reseller in the USA, but had to communicate to both them and the actual transport company in London. This worked out ok and our driver was excellent, in terms of communication, friendliness and explanations for changing routes due to London traffic issues. After we had booked the first transfer, we inquired about pricing for a second transfer, from London to Southampton. Travel Compendium quote was over GBP 60.00 higher than other quotes, so we went elsewhere and ended up getting the same actual transport company a lot cheaper.

The service we requested was the drive from our cruise ship at Southampton to Heathrow airport. We received detailed information before hand and I felt confident it would all go well. The meet and greet at the cruise terminal went bonky for about 15 minutes while we waited at the area we were told to wait to meet our driver. I started walking around, getting a little nervous and walked by our greeter about three times. No sign, nothing to tell me who he was. Then, by chance, I see a lady holding a small sign with my name on it. She is standing in an area where I did not expect to see anybody from our van drive. Everything was perfect after that with a fast drive to our air terminal and we met our flight on time. I will see you guys next trip, thank you very much

Other than being a few minutes late picking us up, the trip was great. The driver was professional and courteous. Since this was our first time using Compendium I was concerned about the service in general. Phone calls to my contact each trip gave me assurances they were on their way.

Our driver Clayton arrived at our hotel on time. The drive from our hotel to The Southampton Cruise port was quite nice. Clayton was very professional and helpful to answer all our questions about the places that we passed. I highly recommend him and Travel Compendium.
