Travel CompendiumReviews of travelcompendium.com

Post cruise pickup and transfer to London via Windsor Castle Everything was great. Our driver was extremely courteous and on time. We originally booked a motor coach but was upgraded to a private transfer. The ride was smooth and comfortable. I would recommend Travel Compendium to anyone looking for great, reliable, professional, and affordable travel in Europe. The package we selected also included two nights at a London hotel. We will definitely use Travel Compendium in the future.

We booked and paid $430 Cdn for the ride 6 months ago scheduled to be picked up on April 30, 2023 from 7:30am to 8:00am from cruise ship terminal in U.K. Our ride was cancelled just before 7:00am saying the driver was there at 6:00am and could not wait any longer, our ship did not dock until 6:30am. It was a very stressful experience situation, tried to email to customer service to get refund, not answer. I think we got scammed.

I am writing to commend you on your excellent service provided to me on my recent trip to London. Traveling abroad can sometimes be quite frustrating as travel plans and schedules change and the unexpected happens. The very reason I sought out your company was because a competitor had cancelled my booking of the very same tour due to not having a driver. Your company could have easily done the same thing due to not enough people to make the excursion worth it for your company. Instead, you upgraded me to a private car and allowed my vacation to continue as planned. Communication is key when dealing with travel companies and your organized emails which included the tickets to each destination made the day go smoothly and helped relieve any stress or worries. Due to your excellent customer service, my vacation ended remarkable well and I am very grateful for the upgrade. Flavio, my driver, was also an excellent conversationalist. He was prompt, courteous and attentive and navigated through some very large crowds due to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee (Windsor Castle). It was a pleasure having conversations with him and spending the day with him. I would certainly recommend your company and hope I have the opportunity to make another booking in the future. Sincerely, Thomas Kissimmee, FL

The fact that we could have everything prearranged by going through Travel Compendium. Evverything worked on well....all the transportation and the London tour!

Our driver was great, but communication about our trip was a little poor. We were to be picked up at our London hotel for a trip to Southampton, with a 90 min tour of Windsor Castle. As we were driving, my son was following the route on his phone. He spoke up and asked the driver if we should have turned onto a different highway. The driver had no idea that he was taking us to Windsor Castle! He thought he was simply taking us to Southampton and immediately returning to London. It all worked out, for us anyway.

Very nice driver, who took my from London to Stonehenge, to Southampton. A pleasant trip. He was on his phone a bit.

Leslie and our Driver Benedict (I believe) were absolutely amazing! They made our trip. We would 100% book again and recommend to everyone. Leslie our guide was so educational and welcoming. She added so much to our tour. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
