Driver was outstanding but company charges were ridiculous
Driver was outstanding. Great communication and arrived on time. Company vhatged me for an extra seat $137.00 to add one bag.....aweful. won't use company again. Could have understood 35.00 or 45.00 but 147.00 was ridiculous foe 1 extra bag.

It's a review…
Pickup instructions were not very clear but they waited for us and got us where we needed to go.

The pick up was 1 hour late
The pick up was 1 hour late. I was at the pick up point 30 minutes early so my waiting time was actually 90 minutes. Im not impressed. I had to call twice to find out what was happening otherwise the driver was very nice and helpful.

First class trip
Excellent driver service as he made sure we knew where he was at at the cruise port pick up spot and assisted us every step of the way. He was also very personable and gave us tips for our trip and the vehicle was very nice and comfortable. Great service!

Flight delays
Aer LIngus flight was delayed for 2 hours. In addition, they put my suitcase on flight 168,which was a further 2hour delay. As a result, no driver, no ride. I had to book at considerable expense another ride. Please reimburse me for the unused service with your Company.

Driver arrived 5 min early and got us…
Driver arrived 5 min early and got us to the airport from Dover in 2 hours. All communication with Travel Compendium prior to travel was very concise. Will for sure use this private drive service if ever taken another cruise in England.
