The guide was not really helpful
The guide was not really helpful. He only discussed meeting time and departure time I didn’t feel there was enough explanation on what we were seeing and visiting. It sounded he was just repeating things that he memorised instead of actually creating conversation and engaging with the people. Overall a bit boring, rushed, and not very informative.

The hotel was of an excellent standard
The hotel was of an excellent standard It was ideally situated for easy access to everywhere. The coach travel was punctual and efficient, giving a tour of the City of London as well as getting us to Abba. The show was fantastic with great seats.

Overall great experience!
Easy to use website for booking. Prompt answers to questions asked. Transports were excellent, nice drivers and vehicles we had transport from Heathrow airport to the holiday inn in Kensington and then later from the hotel to Southampton cruise port. Accommodations were clean and breakfast was provided. Very good experience and cost friendly!
