I need assistance with my getaway…
Edit: I received a message from the agent within 24 hrs and same agent called me later to confirm the resolution of the problem. I need assistance with my getaway booking and time is of the essence but I cannot reach the agent over the phone and no reply by email beyond the auto reply.

I have booked and paid for a shuttle…
I have booked and paid for a shuttle from London to South Hampton and I am trying to reach out to them about pick up times etc. I have emailed the original person who quoted me x3 and no response and tried emailing the company and no response???? How do I get in contact with ANYONE?? Someone please advise Nancy Laurensse

Our driver was waiting on us when we…
Our driver was waiting on us when we exited customs. He drove responsibly from Heathrow to London and pointed out landmarks and sights along the way since we told him we had never traveled to London before.

The service was polite
The service was polite, helpful, and efficient from booking through transport. The only quibble I would raise was the amount of time spent determining whether our luggae was too large or heavy. We never face this in dealing with transport services in the U.S.
