Excellent experience
Fab package of hotel and ABBA event. Good value for money. Hotel lovely and central. 15 minute walk to collection and drop off point. ~Shame the other travellers were so miserable and asked to turn music down on the coach. Not sure what they were expecting! Overall really pleased with everything. Would book similar again.

We booked hotel and ABBA show for Jan…
We booked hotel and ABBA show for Jan 5th to the 7th only to receive tickets for the show on the 7th January at the 6pm showing, who would have 2 nights in London to spend the whole day carrying your bags around for the show that is 8 hours after you have to check out? We are flying to Portugal tomorrow evening so can’t even go to the showing, absolutely disgusted by the customer service as their telephone number takes you to a poor old last from Doncaster who has stated she has received so many of these calls over the last couple of months! Massive scammers and will be seeking full refund or will be going through my credit card company

Dear Robyn Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As part of our commitment to transparency, we would like to highlight that the concert dates were communicated to you on two separate occasions. We regret to learn that no action was taken on your part to inform us that the check-out date was unsuitable for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. The Team at Travel Compendium
