Expensive rush through WBStudios

We booked the Harry Potter experience for early Jan via Travel Compendium using Evan Evans tour bus. On a positive we could not have accessed tickets for the studio at that time without a third party operator. Also the coaches were warm, clean & comfortable. It cost us over £500 for the package as opposed to £200 if we booked our entry tickets directly through the WBStudios. There was no build up, no helpful hints and the only announcement was the time to return to our bus. We are a family of 2adults & 4children. We did not stop at the cafe or restaurants. There are many stops & queues along the way. Some great interactive moments & photo opportunities. We had to run through Gringots vault, the model of Hogwarts & Diagon alley to return to our bus on time. We didn’t have time to stop at the gift shop. Luckily there were spaces on the last bus & they accommodated us to go back inside (through security) to pick up some keepsakes. Our tour was 1.30-7 including the 90min transfer from Victoria London to WBStudios. Three & a half hours is not enough time for real fans & curious children. And at that price I don’t think they should be offering afternoon departures.
