TransportsaverReviews of transportsaver.com

Had a great experience with Mariia. She understood my needs (somewhat unique) and found a great driver who was able to transport my car. I was impressed both by her service and that of the driver. Would use again.

Top notch service car came early. No issues great communication! Highly recommended!

Car picked up on time and delivered with no issues.

My experience w/this company was Great, starting, well lets just say from start to finish,Valerie was very attentive++, OUTSTANDING Customer service to the max. Car was picked up Wednesday morning expected that Friday afternoon, but was delivered Thursday Nc to Tx. Thanks Valerie you Rock🤝

Valery was very communicative and was able to deliver on everything she promised.

This is more a review of working with Valery. I have never worked with someone more dedicated to helping. She did everything to help me and I cannot thank her enough if I was to need another shipment I would definitely go with transport saver and specifically Valery.

The experience of getting a quote solidified my decision of not going with them. Once contacted by Valery, I explained that I would also like a quote about adding a second car to the same route/pick up date/drop off destination. I had to reiterate the types of vehicles multiple times and even then she seemed confused. After she gave me a quote for both and asked if it was alright for me, I let her know that I had received multiple quotes that were a couple hundred lower and if their's could be lowered. She became rude saying that she could "quote it any way you want but the question is will that price work for a driver or not." As a customer that has not transported a vehicle before, I expect a company to not become rude if I do not understand that TransportSaver is essentially a middleman. She could have handled it several different ways the easiest of which would have just been a simple "no." After saying that "no" would have been enough, she sent me a garbled response badmouthing other companies and praising TransportSaver. I am certainly glad to have gone with a different company.

Great customer service and on time pickup and delivery. Valery was a great representative throughout the process. She ensured communication lines stayed open throughout the shipment of the vehicle. She confirmed that pick-up had happened by the driver without issues and equally followed up after delivery. Would certainly recommend this company for anyone looking to ship a vehicle. I would use them again. Thanks a lot!
