The service was satisfactory overall, but nothing special. In the beginning I had to check with the agent a couple times to see what was happening, and to understand this line of business (which really is a system in need of some organization and help). Once we get regular communication establish things were much smoother. The price was also not what I was led to believe it would be initially. I was told around 850 from Illinois to Oregon. Was 1250. The driver was excellent, and called sometimes twice a day to let me know progress

The price changed from the original by 255$ and the driver was to deliver the next day but took an extra 2 days, whichI understand is not in his control. That was a disappointment. Other than that, the car was picked up as scheduled and Ryan was very professional and attentive the entire time. He regularly checked in with me to ensure that the delivery took place, and I appreciated that.

I delt with Ryan on two different occasions to transport two vehicles for me. Although I did get my cars in tact, it was difficult to reach them from time to time. Only thing I was dissatisfied with was the lack of communication. You have to really stay on top of them to get information regarding your transport information. When you stay on top of them, persistent in communication, then they are very helpful and do great work.

If you have never used a transport booker before do your research. Be sure and visit their website before signing a contract. Also make sure you give yourself plenty of time so you are not under duress while trying to arrange for transport. Be aware the booker charges a fee that is not part of the actual towing fee. Also be aware that the towing charge is dictated by the actual carrier, not the booking company so you may end up paying a lot more than what you were quoted. As far as service, this company is probably as good as any other booker. Just remember, “buyer beware.”

My vehicles arrived one(1) day late. Driver left driver side interior (light cream) stain/dirty. Driver damaged undercarriage plate on one of my vehicles and used zip ties to secure. Haven't had time to get to repair shop and insurance. Thx for reminding me. Still unpacking.

Vendor quoted low price. Locks you into a contract for 5 business days. Fee for breaking. Recd 2 offers at considerably higher. At delivery no bill of transport driver didn’t help move car to driveway. Asked for payment packed and left.

They have a great service but the only issue I had is that the driver only will take cash only. Witch I found inconvenient. And I sign one contract to then later get a higher quote. They did the job and would definitely recommend

Same as everyone here. They use a click bite strategy to get you in then the price is more because of reasons. One note: they never communicated with the drivers, it's on you (the client) to find out when the shipment will be delivered. Overall experience : strange. Almost forgot: I had to pay the drivers cash at the delivery.
