TransportsaverReviews of transportsaver.com

The customer service was outstanding! The drivers were phenomenal! They picked up my vehicle on a Friday and delivered it on Monday morning with no damages. I would definitely recommend this transport company to anyone! Thank you for great service!

Everything was handled with in a timely fashion, the process was explained thoroughly by Valery. I will be calling on their service in the near future.

This company wasn't only the most responsive, but they were the quickest to get my delivery done. The whole process start to finish was absolutely seamless. Valery was there at all times to answer questions and knew how to promptly streamline the process. Honestly very happy with my decision to go with this company. I will keep their info in case I plan another vehicle cross country move.

Stuck to their word and got the job done without any squabbles. I’ll definitely use them again

Great overall experience and fast too!

Overall, I had a good experience with this company as they were able to get me a driver within 2 days after switching from a different carrier who had me waiting for delivery for over a week with no reasonable offers in the price range they quoted. The reason why I wouldn't give the full 5 stars is because I did not anticipate having to pay cash for the vehicle upon delivery to the driver. I thought the service was that you pay your complete amount to this broker, and then they would pay the drivers directly. I understand that in the contract they mention that a deposit is taken after delivery is set up and that final payment would be due upon receipt. That makes perfect sense. However, no one took the time during the process to explain to me this simple fact that, in reality, the cash on demand is paid to the driver and not the broker. Additionally, although the contract mentions for cash on demand/delivery a credit card could be charged a 4% service fee. In reality, since you are paying the drivers, I believe the customers hiring the broker should be told up front that using a card upon delivery may not be an option. So in short to save everyone the time, headache, and hassle, make sure to ask your broker how the payment upon receipt of the vehicle will be handled.

Mariia, was amazing!! She was on top of the transport all the way through and always easy to reach. Mariia answered all my questions and again was quick to respond. She was able to get my vehicle picked up the day after booking and the vehicle arrived a day early. The transport company that handled it was great!!
