The day before my car was to be picked up, Gabe from TransportSaver told me he could only find a carrier at 65% higher than the quote he provided just 4 days earlier! I asked to cancel the order, and he said "his legal department wouldn't allow it". He told me he had already booked the carrier. Later he admitted it that he hadn't booked a carrier. he lied. I found a far more reputable broker that cost me 25% less than TransportSaver. Very disappointing experience.

The only good thing about Transporting my car is that the company found someone ASAP! My vehicle was going from San Diego to Virginia. There was a deposit that was needed.. Paid. And the remainder was to be given when the car was delivered..! Well when it came to the day to pick up the car, the driver wasn’t able to because he was stuck in L.A. with another be pick up from what the the wife was explaining. Was it ok if I could have my vehicle picked up the next day. Ok cool. Car was picked up the next day. So for arrival day of June 17, the person who the car was going to received a call that the delivery driver had broke down and couldn’t make it till the next day! Smh... Upon all it was delivered, but not one discount for the inconvenience of picking up late and delivering late! So I just say.. “try at your own risk” UniquiSJ

Delivered my side by side on time only complaint is they were 2 hundred dollars higher than my original quote

A little too many texts and confusing at times. But we got the vehicle to us. Also $200 more than they quoted. Not going to use them again.
