TransportsaverReviews of transportsaver.com

I’ll be honest. Excellent service. There was no issues moving my vehicle from California all the way to central Florida! Great communication, they respond back quickly, and I’m currently deployed overseas, and they still managed to meet all my needs. Definitely utilizing them to get my car back to California.

Car was shipped safely by a reputable carrier. My only issue was we agreed on a price, I signed a contract at that price, and then the price increased and I had to pay the difference. I don’t think that’s good business, if customer and broker agree and the price changes the broker should pay the difference. Otherwise no complaints, good communication and like I said the car made it fine.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My experience with transport saver was horrendous. I was contacted by Juliet who at first it seemed like she was on top of her game. After I reserved my slot and put my credit card information I stopped hearing from her. I would call and every number I was given would go to voicemail. When I finally got in touch a couple of days later, which happened to be a Saturday, she told me that it is the weekend and she needs her rest. Mind you it was 5 PM! Can you imagine being in the customer service industry and telling a paying client that it is Saturday and you need your rest?! LOL! Never again with them

They were excellent to work with. They transported my car that had gotten in an accident out of state. They took great care of it, even though it was all banged up. We got the vehicle in the time frame they quoted for the price they quoted.

Worked with me on our time frame to get our vehicle delivered within a timely manner. Will use again.

Price quoted was price we paid. Shipped the exact day they told me it would ship! Highly recommend!

I was nervous as the time to ship approached and bothered them endlessly. They found me a driver and both of my vehicles were picked up after I left. The CSRs were diligent and helpful. Dispatch is a complicated business and they shine at their job! The driver communicated with me over the entire time and the vehicles arrived as agreed

I was very hesitant to ship my daughter's new car across country due to many negative reviews I read online about the industry. However, I had no difficulty with communication from the broker, Ryan, or the transport service. There were no surprises in the price or arranging pick up or delivery. The car arrived quickly and safely. My daughter is thrilled to have her car even earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend using transportsaver. Thank you Ryan!
