Their website makes me believe they are the ones transporting the vehicle. I didn't know that they don't own any trucks and that they send out bids for other companies to pick up and delivery Vehicles. Asked about insurance and they sent me there insurance. I really needed the company doing the transporting. Little confusing but all ended well.

Alex and Darren were consummate professionals, expediently and efficiently picks up and delivering my car. Their flexibility, customer service and the military discount were so helpful.

Alex at Transport Luxury Auto did everything he said he would do! Not what I got from other shippers. The equipment was excellent and it was only three days from Texas to California for the delivery! Excellent Service.

The service was top notch, and the price was the best I could find. I made a reservation for the car to be picked up, and a truck came a couple hours later. Came arrived on time even though it was a holiday weekend. Jackie was on top of things the whole way through. He made follow up calls to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend TLA to friends and colleagues.

This is an excellent and honest company. They moved my car from Vermont to Florida with not a single hitch. They guided me through the process and did everything promised. I would recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
