The reason I'm only giving the 3 stars, is because the carrier picking up our car, kept telling us he was very close. This went on from 7; 30 until 11 when he finally got to us. Other then that, we were very happy. We had an immediate appointment the day we called. Our car arrived home before we did. It was picked up on a Friday night in Florida and arrived in New York on early Sunday morning. (1230 am)

Their website makes me believe they are the ones transporting the vehicle. I didn't know that they don't own any trucks and that they send out bids for other companies to pick up and delivery Vehicles. Asked about insurance and they sent me there insurance. I really needed the company doing the transporting. Little confusing but all ended well.
