When I purchased my collector’s car in Pa. on June 3, 2015, I hired a reputable vehicle transport service to deliver it just 345 miles to NYS. Nine days later, a delivery date was still in limbo. I was discouraged and looked for other transport service options. TRANSPORT LUXURY AUTO seemed to be the answer – fast service, enclosed containment, reasonable prices. I talked with Jackie Ginsparg, account executive. He assured me the car would be delivered in a few days – exactly as agreed. I can say with great sincerity how impressed I was with Transport Luxury Auto and Mr. Ginsparg. There was nothing remote about his sense of dignity, commitment and integrity – making the point beyond words. My car was delivered in about three days in an enclosed trailer – pristine condition. Mr. Ginsparg has a wonderful charismatic personality. I am impressed with his remarkable ability to make his customer’ encounters so special, so professional. I've never had a car moved before, so I was really nervous and unsure about the process. Alex, explained all and assured me. The car was picked up within the designated time frame and delivered really quickly (four days from Colorado to New Jersey). Driver was very pleasant and the car arrived in perfect condition.

I came to Transport Luxury Auto after having first tried U-Ship. They should have named their business We-suck as I was not treated with what I would describe as a sense of urgency from their broker. I had just the opposite treatment with Alex at Transport Luxury Auto. He not only had a sense of urgency but was very respectful, honest and followed up with me when I need to hear from him. My truck was picked up and delivered as promised. I will gladly use and recommend Transport Luxury Auto. Thank you for a job well done!

Transport Luxury Auto was recommended by Tracy at Donovan Motors in Lenox, MA. Purchasing this automobile was about a 4 month process. We were waiting for the winter to end....lol. By the time we were ready to take delivery, I was very anxious to have the car. The car was picked up in an enclosed carrier and delivered to Rochester, NY in approximately 6 hours!!! The driver was incredibly courteous....and complimentary regarding my "new" classic. The cost was very competitive and Alex who arranged the transport followed up immediately after delivery. We will use Transport Luxury Auto again without hesitation.

Transport Luxury Auto is a company that I would recommend to anyone shipping a car. From start to finish they are easy to deal with and unbelievable customer service. You dont have to worry is my vehicle in good hands? Or will they dent it or scratch it? Will it get to the my destination on time? These are all part of their protocol. The precautions they take is reassuring. Bottom line is. I recommend them.
