Transport Luxury AutoReviews of transportluxuryauto.com

I needed to ship my car from New Haven Connecticut to Denver Colorado. I dealt with Katie and I highly recommend her. She was extremely helpful and took care of everything that I needed, not to mention enjoyable to talk to.I would definitely use transport luxury auto again!

I recently hired Transport Luxury Auto to transport three of my classic British cars to the British National Car Show in Hot Springs, Arkansas from Chicago, IL. The cars were picked up right on time and delivered exactly when and where needed. The company adapted to a slight change in the return time with out a hitch. The cars returned in perfect condition and right on time. I was so pleased I hired them the next week to transport a car I purchased at the show. The car was picked up in a couple of days and returned to me again in perfect condition. This company will always be my first choice for transporting my classic cars.-

Shipped my one of a kind auto with transport luxury auto. From the moment my sales rep Richard called me till the time Ozzie unloaded the car , I felt my car was in great hands. They delivered the car when they said they would , had a better price than any other company and Richard was there every step of the way to assist me. Really very impressed with the way they conduct themselves.

Alex was fantastic to work with. He was very understanding to my situation. Lost my husband a year ago. So am moving to where my family is in Spokane. A very hard time. Had to move any other autos would be contacting Alex

I live on the west coast and my son is attending college on the east coast. I needed to get his car to him and started looking for a transport firm. I read a number of horror stories on auto transport services. I did a great deal of research including numerous calls. I found many of the transport services to be a mom & pop operation often operated out of a residence. Basically brokers, not drivers, not even a link to any of the drivers. Apparently many of the transport companies use brokers and don’t deal with the customer directly when arranging transportation. I’m not a fan of communicating with someone other than who is actually doing the work for me. In my search I contacted Transport Luxury Auto and they provided with a couple of referrals. I made those calls and asked several critical questions covering costs, pick up, drop off, guarantees, etc. As is turned out it appeared that Transport Luxury is also a broker without their own trucks or driver employees. At this point with outstanding referrals I decided to move forward and contracted with them. My son’s car was picked up when they said it would be. I was given a direct phone number to the actual transporting group (Transauto Logistics Corp out of Downey CA) dispatcher. He (John) was very patient and very helpful. The car was picked up on time and delivered early without damage and without any issues. In fact, they went out of their way to accommodate me as my son was out of town at the time of delivery. Overall I’m extremely pleased and would certainly use their services in the future. Nice to have promises kept and to receive outstanding professional service.

I read the other reviews and they were right. Alex was in constant communication and worked with my tight schedule. My car got a personal trailer to Reno. The drivers were clearly concerned about my car.

They Shipped my car with ease. Excellent response. They delivered faster then stated and a real pleasure. Look foward to the next transaction.

Could not have envisioned a better transport scenario. Prompt, courteous driver & reliable and efficient customer service. Great job all around! will definitely use your service again next winter.
