I requested a quote and received one via email. I was then called by Alex Bernson to follow up. I talked over what I needed and my dates. He explained the procedure in detail to me. I told him I would firm up dates. He called me again few days later to see if I needed any assistance. I finally got my dates. The auto transport picked up my car on the date I requested and delivered my car on the date requested at 3 p.m. as I ask. The dispatcher keep in touch with me on the ETA of the driver. The driver called me the day before with a window I could expect him, as we had to drive to another town for pickup. He arrived, gave him our remaining balance, he gave me signed receipt. My car was in excellent condition. I had inquired about another quote from another company, they sent me the quote but the person never called me back! Alex B. was an excellent account manager and I appreciated all of his help. He never put me off and would get right back to me. I would recommend Transport Luxury Auto to anyone. By the way the other company was $450 more! Thank you for the Excellent Service
