Integrating Ninja, with VPS, to an APEX account is a disaster. It can take weeks to sort out. These companies shouldn't be allowed to sell this.

Hi Scooter, Firstly, we do not have any “horrible comments,” and after checking our system thoroughly, we are unable to locate any customer under the name “Scooter.” We also reached out requesting your email so we could investigate, but have not received any response. To clarify an important point: There is no integration required between NinjaTrader, a VPS, and an Apex account. A VPS behaves exactly like a normal Windows desktop. You simply install NinjaTrader on the VPS and connect it to Apex using your account credentials — a process that typically takes under 5 minutes, with countless tutorials available on YouTube. If NinjaTrader works on your home PC, it will work the same way on any VPS. There is no “VPS integration” that could cause multi-week issues. That said, we’re always here to help.
