Hi Alessandro, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points, as there may have been some misunderstanding: 1. Subscription / Payment Issue Your subscription did not renew because your bank declined our payment attempts and even blocked further retries. We also provided you with a screenshot as proof showing the transaction rejection by your bank. This confirms the issue was not related to our payment gateway, but rather a restriction imposed by your bank. We kindly suggest contacting your bank to lift the block so payments can proceed. 2. VPS Performance & RAM Usage You currently have two VPS with 4 GB RAM each. Our monitoring showed one was using 6 GB and the other 5 GB — well above the allocated resources. This overload directly caused performance issues. We promptly highlighted this to you and shared solutions to manage the excessive usage. 3. CPU Usage (Antimalware Service Executable) We also identified unusually high CPU usage from the Windows Antimalware Service Executable process. Step-by-step solutions were provided, and we even offered to access your server directly to assist if needed. Both the RAM overload and the CPU process are usage-related factors that can slow down performance, and we responded promptly with support and guidance. If our proposed fixes did not resolve your issue, please let us know. We would be glad to assist further if you grant us access to the server for investigation. Hi GJ, Our support team have open a ticket for you right now to assist you. In future, you can reach us at [email protected] or our live chat on our website: www.tradingfxvps.com for immediate assistance. It will be slower to reach us on review section although we responded within 20 minutes here whereas you could have reach us within 1 minute on live chat. We are also available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Updates: It was found that you had issue with your local network and your Mac goes to sleep mode after a few hours which disconnection the remote session to the VPS. However, this doesn't mean our VPS goes offline. Your trading operation in the VPS continue running without any intervention regardless your Macbook is turned off or on. We hope this clarify and clear this misunderstanding.

Hi Thomas, We understand your issue and also highlighted that there aren't outage nor downtime on our server. If we had an outage, VPS will be inaccessible. However you are able to access into the VPS but connection to your Rithmic were down. As mentioned Rithmic is a 3rd party platform and we are not liable for any downtime due to such platform connectivity since it is beyond our control. This goes the same for MT4, MT5, cTrader and Ninjatrader whereby it is being hosted by many different brokerage and we are not in control of their uptime. Nonetheless our team reached out to Rithmic and ATF on behalf for you and cc'ed you in the loop since you are reluctant to open a support ticket with them. No company will go so far to assist a third party issue raised by a client, but we did it for you out of goodwill. Hope you see the level of service we are offering despite false statement are pointing towards us. Thank you. Follow Up: We opened a ticket with ATF, however we were told by ATF that for them to open an investigation on the network issue, it require Thomas to personally open a ticket with the connection loss information for them to investigate further. However, client is unwilling to open a ticket with them. We are unable to proceed further to determine the connection loss on the trading account while VPS remain accessible. We continued with our support but was told to stop communication with ATF. We also highlighted the fact that our VPS was accessible during the loss connection period. Thus if there are any outage on our VPS, VPS/RDP access will not be accessible. Nonetheless we clarified, explained and shown data that there wasn't network issue on our end but to no avail. We are also available 24/7 if you need us to assist you in this matter again. 2nd Follow Up on 5th April: Rithmic responded no reports of an outage were found on 3/27 and checking if it is application outage on ATF instead.
