Hi Alessandro, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points, as there may have been some misunderstanding: 1. Subscription / Payment Issue Your subscription did not renew because your bank declined our payment attempts and even blocked further retries. We also provided you with a screenshot as proof showing the transaction rejection by your bank. This confirms the issue was not related to our payment gateway, but rather a restriction imposed by your bank. We kindly suggest contacting your bank to lift the block so payments can proceed. 2. VPS Performance & RAM Usage You currently have two VPS with 4 GB RAM each. Our monitoring showed one was using 6 GB and the other 5 GB — well above the allocated resources. This overload directly caused performance issues. We promptly highlighted this to you and shared solutions to manage the excessive usage. 3. CPU Usage (Antimalware Service Executable) We also identified unusually high CPU usage from the Windows Antimalware Service Executable process. Step-by-step solutions were provided, and we even offered to access your server directly to assist if needed. Both the RAM overload and the CPU process are usage-related factors that can slow down performance, and we responded promptly with support and guidance. If our proposed fixes did not resolve your issue, please let us know. We would be glad to assist further if you grant us access to the server for investigation. Without access, we can only provide external instructions. We truly value your business and hope this clarifies the situation. Please rest assured that we take all billing and support matters very seriously — our 24/7 live chat and [email protected] team responds to every ticket within 30 minutes. We have never ignored any client in our entire business, especially when it comes to payment issues. In your case, we noticed the subscription charges continued for nine months before you reached out to us only recently in September 2025. Our system always sends clear cancellation steps to your email upon cancellation, and subscriptions can be ended directly on your end at any time. Once we received your email, our team immediately guided you on the cancellation steps. The extra payments had already been automatically credited into your account. However, since the payments exceeded PayPal’s 6-month refund window, we’re unable to process them through the normal channel. Instead, we need to arrange a manual re-send of the payment. For this, verification on your side is required, and we’re still waiting for your response to proceed. We also attempted to call you but were unable to reach you. Out of goodwill, our team will continue to follow up directly to assure you that we are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible. On the storage point: the full 75 GB is allocated to your VPS, but Windows shows less initially because the system partition needs a one-time manual disk/partition extension after provisioning.
