TradeXMasteryReviews of tradexmastery.com

The worst prop firm! Two days ago they randomly blocked access to TradeLocker while I was in solid profit. I couldn’t get back in until the trade completely reversed and I lost the account! I asked who would take responsibility, and none of them ever reply. Simply UNACCEPTABLE.”

If you want to throw away $300-$1000, please give it to someone you trust to trade your money. This company is hot garbage. HOT HOT GARBAGE.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unprofessionell. Ich habe 2 Challenges gekauft. Endlich beide bestanden und dann bekomme ich nur für eine die Daten. Es wird nicht auf Mails reagiert. Seit 19. August nicht. Das ist absolut unprofessionell. Und nicht vertrauenswürdig.

This is a detailed factual review from a real professional trader in Detroit, Michigan USA. I've been trading for 8 years and I've taught students from around the world. Ive been with various prop firms and I've also traded large 6 figure cash accounts. TradeXMastery has been a difficult platform to work with. I do want to highlight the positives before I get into all of the negatives. Positives: They offer very competitive pricing and their challenges are straight forward and pretty simple to pass if youre disciplined. Thats about it... thats what they do well. Negatives: 1. Customer service is terrible. They are typically unresponsive and when they do respond, they respond in platitudes and generalities. They don't really address your issue, they try to tap into your emotions and deescalate you. I've sent numerous emails to them, and at one point, their support was down entirely for days on end. 2. Broker- their broker has terrible slippage. The leverage is fine but the slippage is awful. You cant use larger lot sizes without slippage 3 or 4 times the spread. Probably the worst I've ever seen. Use smaller lot sizes and stack them for less slippage. Execution speed is fine. 3. Withdrawals- This is my real issue. I had 50K in profits on a 200K funded. I submitted the withdrawal August 1st and their chat bot said most withdrawals are processed within 8 hours and sent. I was pretty excited considering that's excellent turnover time for a withdrawal. NOT the case at all. I waited a few days and emailed them. They told me it takes 21 BUSINESS DAYS or more to process a withdrawal. So I waited. After 21 business days, I got an email saying my withdrawal was rejected and all the note said was "refund initial fee" which is standard when you make your first withdrawal you get your fee back. So, its August 29th. They said today was my next day eligible for a withdrawal. I tried 20K, 18K, 5000 etc. It keeps coming up with an error message. Its issue after issue with this broker. Ive emailed them the past 3 days and they wont respond. Customer support is awful. Payouts should be TOP priority. 21 business days itself is unacceptable. * I will keep everyone here posted if I do receive my withdrawal. I have concerns this is a ponzi scheme and they are just delaying withdrawals until they have sufficient money from customer sign ups to payout. Be extremely careful with this firm! Ill be submitting a formal complaint with them. If they dont respond or resolve my issue, ill be escalating this to regulators for a full investigation. **I have detailed documentation of this. Pictures of all communication and error messages along with the declined withdrawal request**

14th of August I passed successfully my challenge account, then I get KYC and then they started the server’s transition and after that I still didn’t receive my new passes to the funded account. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks. They also don’t respond to my emails

This company has demonstrated unresponsiveness and misleading practices. They altered their leverage terms midstream without any notice. Although they advertise leverage of 1:50 on indices, the actual leverage provided is only 1:20. Even after this issue was brought to their attention, no corrective action has been taken. Instead, they continue to register new clients while promoting the inaccurate claim of 1:50 leverage.

The payout timelines take forever. Waiting for a payout of less then 1500 and it is nearing the three week mark and still no response back on when the payout will clear smh
