I had two accounts open and trading, at the time they did the "migration" of their page, all of my positions closed, I was not able to log into TXM hub (still can't after 9 days and counting), lost a phase-2 acct and the funded one disappeared. After several attempts to log in and the page going to an error page, support emails coming back undeliverable, I was able to get in touch with the "sales" department (the only dept. that answers) she could only take all the info and pass it on. I has been 4 days since and NOTHING, not a follow up, no email, nothing. AND she can see where I still have a funded account there, but since it seems I was completely erased from their system, I cannot access it, on top of now being at 93k from the 97k I was before they closed all my positions by closing acct. So far it has been the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend this prop firm to ANYONE.

They on purpose holding back users. My experience is that they and i've compared it with another prop companies, that if they see that you had some skills they are holding back your profit so you couldn't earn more real money. They don't have licences for trading and aren't reviewed by any S.E.C. based public administration institution

Comprei uma conta de 100K, paguei e não recebi as credenciais. O suporte é péssimo. Ninguém me responde no chat e nem as mensagens por email. Péssimo serviço. Fujam dessa enpresa

They were reliable until I tried to participate in one of their promotional sales. I paid via USDT crypto, and everything was fine. A couple of days passed; no credentials were provided. I reached out to support multiple times and have emails to prove such, but they never granted me what I paid for. the promotional code used was FLASH2 Update as of November 14th 2025. Support reached out via email in what looks like an attempt to find a solution by granting my access to the account I paid for. However I responded to that email which they indicated is an option for contacting them. It seems like whatever platform they use for emails and support tickets is highly inefficient and ineffectively. Here we are going through the same cycle of nonsense again. Months later and I still cannot get my refund. And I responded to their email requesting a refund.
